THE NATIONAL YOUTH AGENCY: Exhibition to mark Youth Work Week

1 min read

Young people in the region, aged between 13 and 20, are being asked to submit one photograph from within a square mile of the area in which they live that represents the word "heritage".

The photograph may already exist or it may have to be created specifically for this project. Along with the images, young people are asked to add in writing why they have chosen that image to represent heritage and its importance to the area.

Images will be collected from across the region and exhibited at the Discovery Museum from 6-10 November. The event is run in partnership with The National Trust, Tyne & Wear Museums, the Coalition Against Crime and the North East Regional Youth Work Unit.
