Health Activities Resource Pack

The Health Activities Resource Pack - or Harp - is a group work education resource for everyone working with young people around health issues, including voluntary and statutory sector youth workers, Connexions staff, youth justice workers, health professionals and colleagues based in targeted youth support services and further education staff involved in health-related activities.

The pack includes a briefing booklet full of helpful background information to help staff get up to speed. This has been produced by experts and offers an introduction to the four key health strands included in the pack - healthy lifestyle, healthy relationships and sex, mental and emotional wellbeing, and substance use. Alongside this an activity pack with over 60 activities, tested by young people, covers the same four areas of young people's health and a photo pack supports their use as well as providing trigger activities in their own right. All the materials are also downloadable from a DVD.
