NYA chief executive Fiona Blacke is speaking at the DSC event, which takes place in London on 8 December. She'll be exploring young people's entitlement to facilities, activities and support beyond the classroom and how those from less affluent backgrounds can struggle with this, providing examples of schemes that have worked and offering pointers for where this is failing.
Other speakers include Debra Allcock, chief executive of the Directory of Social Change, Tony Breslin, chief executive of the Citizenship Foundation, and Neil Wragg, chief executive of Youth at Risk.
