Marsay took up the post on 18 September and is based at The National Youth Agency in Leicester, but with a remit to manage and implement Getting Connected throughout the country.
He joins after a period of sustained expansion of the Getting Connected programme throughout England and Wales. During 2006 a total of 937 young people have been successful in achieving OCR accreditation for 1421 Getting Connected units.
