The National Youth Agency: Autumn edition of The Edge focuses onyouth work contribution to health

1 min read

The Edge was published at the beginning of November to coincide with Youth Work Week, which also had a health theme. It includes features on a New Forest festival combining fun with an opportunity for young people to get to meet their local councillors; a look at Birmingham's Maypole Centre, which takes a holistic approach to young people's lives; and a write-up on an NYA-hosted health summit, drawing out some of the lessons for local authorities and youth workers.

There's also a round-up of news from The NYA and further afield, facts and figures on health and web site and event listings.
