Charity Together for Short Lives campaigns on behalf of the estimated 50,000 children and young people with life-limiting and shortening conditions in the UK.

This week (23-29 May) is Children’s Hospice Week, which Together for Short Lives runs. It is the only awareness-raising week in the country for children withlife-limiting conditions.

This year’s theme is about putting families first, focusing on what life is like for families caring for children with life-limiting conditions.
Children with these conditions might die at any time, so every moment is really important.
