Carroll, who spent five years leading income generation at the charity, says the media attention on the private members’ bill, which passed its second reading in parliament in late November and will move to the committee stage over the next few months, means there’s “never been a better opportunity” to raise awareness about the needs of children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
