It's important for young people, especially because it is us who are going to be inheriting the planet in the future. It's important that we make an effort to reduce, reuse and recycle, that is a great mantra for life.
People need to remember that we don't inherit the planet from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children. People need to remember that and try and make a difference.
I attended a UK climate change conference in Newcastle last week and hundreds of young people came along to try and get the message across that people need to change their habits.
I would get people to reduce the energy they use and try and use public transport wherever possible. It's little things like turning the lights off and having a shower instead of a bath. Every little helps and if everybody made a bit of a change it would make a big impact.
