Social Care News: Wales - Calls for helpline for foster carers

The Fostering Network is calling on the Welsh Assembly Government to fund a helpline to support foster carers.

Foster carers in England already have access to Fosterline, a freehelpline funded by the Department for Education and Skills and run bythe Fostering Network. Fosterline received 3,500 calls in the last yearand two-thirds of the enquiries received from outside England came fromWales.
