The children, who have all been users of social care, have been puttingtheir views across on what students should learn at the Hull School ofHealth and Social Care at the University of Lincoln.
The children wrote letters to students about their care experiences andwhat they want from social workers. A recording of the children readingout their letters was also played to the students.
Speaking at the General Social Care Council's annual conference lastweek, Gina Tyler, the service user participation advisory groupco-ordinator at the university, said: "(Children) wanted to be able toteach social workers, but it had to be on their terms."
