Social Care News: Social Care Stats - North Yorkshire

32 children per 10,000 are looked-after (54 in England)

- 8% of looked-after children in homes and hostels (13 per cent in England)

- 13% of children left care with at least five GCSEs at A*-C (7 per cent in England)

- 58% of children left care with at least one GCSE at grade A*-G (44 per cent in England)
