Last year, the commissioning team for Brighton and Hove Children and Young People's Trust embarked on a strategic review of Connexions and youth support services across the city in the run-up to the creation of a single integrated service from April this year. Emma Fincham, service improvement manager for the review, wanted to ensure young people played a role in determining how resources should be divided.
