If you don't get a "yes" before sex, who will be your next sleeping partner?

That's the question on a poster being run as part of a government awareness campaign. The answer illustrated on the poster is a prison cell mate.

Discuss why the Government is warning men and boys that if they have sex without consent they could end up going to prison.

Talk about young people's current understanding of the laws within rape cases. Should a woman have to prove that she said "no"? Or should a man have to prove that she said "yes"? A recent law, the Sexual Offences Act 2003, says that a defendant in a rape case has to show they have reasonable grounds to believe the other person had given their consent.
