Goal: To raise awareness of trauma, bereavement and loss
Funding: 6,000 from Choose Life, a Scottish Executive suicide prevention funding stream
Young people from Barnardo's Scotland's Rollercoaster bereavement project have made a film to raise awareness of their experiences.
The project is concerned that the needs of children and young people who have been bereaved are overlooked, and the youth-led film attempts to address this.
A group of 15 young people aged from four to 18 worked with an animation artist to develop four stories for the film based on their own lives. They also worked on the scenes, made masks, and created artwork and music.
