The British Heart Foundation has launched this web site as part of a campaign to get young people thinking about what they eat. It includes information on the oil, gristle, sugar and salt that dominates much junk food, a lifestyle quiz and interviews with stars ranging from the Sugababes to footballer Theo Walcott. There is also Urban Energy, an online game in which you get to select a balanced diet to build up the strength, stamina or agility of three "urban athletes".
