What is the best bit of your day? Working with the staff and alongside the young people and seeing them grow. It's great getting to know the young people and building relationships as well as seeing the subtle changes in them such as them being able to trust, which is a big step.

What are the greatest challenges? The job is so challenging and thought-provoking and you learn so much. I wish there were more hours in the day that I could be here. I work with the most excluded young men in Glasgow but they are great and totally unique.
