Cherie Booth QC will join Shaun Bailey, co-founder of youth charity MyGeneration; Karin Woodley, chief executive of the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust; Terry Grange, chief constable of Dyfed-Powys Police; and journalist Eric Allison, on the panel.
As the event's media partner, CYP Now readers are asked to send their questions to cypnow@haymarket.com with "question for YJB conference" as the subject line. Six questions will be put to the panel on the first day of the conference, with 10 minutes given to each answer.
The two-day conference takes place on 13 and 14 November at the Bournemouth International Centre and will also feature addresses by Justice Secretary Jack Straw and Children's Secretary Ed Balls. Ellie Roy, chief executive of the YJB, will open the event, which will also include a speech from Dominique Walker, sister of murdered teenager Anthony Walker, on how youth justice has affected her family's life.
