Connexions customer satisfaction survey? I'm sure I saw one of those last year... You may well have done. But market research such as this is not the kind of thing you do once and then forget about. The "first wave" results you're thinking of came out in a number of reports last year.
They looked at young people's experiences Connexions, compared with longer-established and more recently launched services.
So what is this new report? The researchers have gone back to the 15 first-phase Connexions pilots, which went live between April and September 2001. They interviewed some 18,000 young people by phone, by survey and in person to find out who they are, what they talked about, what kind of advice they got and what their impressions of the service are.
