The National Youth Agency is running 40 workshops around England to help voluntary groups evaluate how they involve young people in developing services.
The NYA kicks off the 12-month tour in June as part of its involvement in Participation Works, a network that includes the British Youth Council, the Children's Rights Alliance for England, NCB, the National Council for Voluntary Youth Services and Save the Children England, and is funded by 4m from the Big Lottery Fund. The workshops are free to third sector groups.
Bill Badham, senior development officer, participation, at The NYA, said: "This will build the capacity of the voluntary sector to involve young people."
