If I were in charge of time, I would make the good times last longer and the boring times go quicker. I don't like PE, so that would go fast for me.
If everybody was more efficient, they would have more spare time. So you can have more fun because you have done the boring stuff first. I couldn't necessarily control time, but we can be in charge of our time. Diaries, calendars and watches all help us keep track of time. I think it is important to keep to a schedule. That way you are on time for everything and you can see when you get a chance to have a sit down and a cup of tea.
