Opinion: If I were in charge of The Government - Nancy Lee, 16,Brighton

1 min read
If I were in charge I'd want to make everything equal, make sure there were enough resources and money and that everybody had a lot of one particular thing so that they could trade with each other. That way there would be no need for jobs as everybody's job would be to trade with each other equally. I think that would bring an end to poverty and hate.

I'd also get rid of nuclear power and have more wind farms and thingslike wave farms. I'd like to get rid of cars as well and have morepeople ride bikes. I'd keep public transport though like trains, but I'dwant to make them bigger and better.

With schools I'd get rid of pointless exams and instead of the usualsubjects we would have a better system where people were examined ontheir life. I'd also make sure that the teachers were people who wereactually good at teaching and change teacher training to make sure thatthey only took people who were outgoing and interesting.

I'd also make sure that there were no private and exclusive gigs thatare just for rich people.
