Staff are really important because who's going to make it happen? Youhave to think: "What type of people would I need? Would I need acarpenter, would I need a scientist?" I'd pay them more than 100,000 a year. I'd let them take a break so they could have some lunch, then they do a bit of work, then they have a little bit of a rest, getback to work and then at the end of the day everyone goes home and theycalm down.
If they have children I'd be fair because no child wants their mum towork constantly. So, every time, they're allowed to pick them up and ifI had children I'd let them play with mine so they aren't alone.
