On the ground: Down at my club: Buckstone Youth Club, Edinburgh

James Gow, 15, Buckstone Youth Club, Edinburgh

The youth club takes place every Thursday evening in a church hall and I go every week. Inside, activities include table tennis, cookery and there are also laptops and games consoles to use. Outside there's an area of grass we use for sport, such as hockey and football.

I enjoy the football the most. We organise ourselves into teams and have different strips. There's a youth worker to help us organise everything. There are also plenty of youth workers around inside.

We also have trips away. Last month we went to a theme park and some of the other trips have included residential breaks where we have done things like kayaking and raft building.
