Every young person in Northern Ireland is to be asked for their views in Shout, a consultation run by the country's children and young people's commissioner.
A consultation pack, in the form of a paper megaphone, will be sent to every household in Northern Ireland during the next couple of months.
The pack will ask young people to submit their views on 14 topics by text, email, phone, post or via the web.
The outcomes of the three-month consultation will define the commissioner's work for the next three years.
