Bullying, child protection and giving young people a say will be the focus of the Northern Ireland commissioner for children and young people's work over the next three years.
The priorities emerged from the commissioner's Shout consultation, which received 1,700 responses between last October and January this year (YPN, 20-26 October, p2).
Details were released alongside commissioner Nigel Williams' three-year corporate plan and his business plan for 2005-06. In the documents, the commissioner states his intention to recruit groups of young people to help his work on several issues, including mental health.
