The cross-border project centres on a 12-month media campaign managed by young people, starting in September. In preparation, the youth forum will recruit 10 young people, aged 15 to 21, to team up with a group from Dail na nOg for two weeks of youth participation training.
The Northern Ireland Youth Forum has received a grant of 6,000 for the project from the European Youth Programme, run by the British Council.
