The National Youth Agency wants action at local and national level to promote support for young people's personal and social development. In a forthcoming publication, it will examine ways for children and young people to find suitable spaces in which to play. The findings will be based on the agency's conference, The 51 Minute Challenge, to be held at the end of March.
