The Young Children's Voices Network supports councils to develop good practice in listening to young children, so their views can inform policy and improve early years services.
Children need to be recognised as partners in the planning and commissioning of services. By regularly listening to them, local partnerships can respond to children's needs, identify barriers to learning and development, work towards improving services for children and support them to achieve their potential.
