The web site, which is part of NCB's PSHE and Citizenship Information Service, covers areas such as bullying, drug education, healthy eating and sex and relationships education.
Users will be able to view reports and reviews, access links to relevant national guidance documents and learn about NCB's latest work in the field.
"PSHE and Citizenship have a crucial part to play in supporting children and young people's development," said Simon Blake, assistant director of children's development, NCB. "By focusing on life skills such as decision-making and building self-esteem, they can help children and young people manage the challenging situations they may face as they grow up.
