The PW team started by describing their jobs to the young people, including any upcoming challenges. Small groups were formed and the young people took the lead in sorting things out. The day's challenges included organising an away day, enhancing PW's Network for England and promoting new youth training. To achieve these goals, young people interviewed staff, telecanvassed members and experienced a training taster session.
