NCB Now: News from Wales

Participation websites launched

Following a period of consultation with members and users on the future of the network, the Participation Workers' Network for Wales has relaunched its website. The site now hosts an advanced search engine and an enlarged layout to fit the amount of information on the site.

A new microsite has also been set up to enable practitioners to measure their activities against the National Children and Young People's National Participation Standards in Wales. The site has been developed by the Participation Unit and enables members to self-assess their work online. Depending on their results the unit can arrange an inspection by a group of young people and award a kite-mark.
