Consulting young people at the Eisteddfod

The Participation Workers' Network for Wales (PWNW) is attending the National Eisteddfod in Blaenau Gwent on 6 August as part of the Children in Wales stall.

The Network will be working in partnership with Youth Friendly, an organisation that specialises in producing young person-friendly media, to gather and film the opinions of children and young people on a range of topics.

Young people who come to the Eisteddfod will have the opportunity to choose a topic of interest and will be asked to think about what they want to say. Youth Friendly will then be filming their opinions throughout the day. Videos illustrating how the children and young people have opinions on important issues will be available on the PWNW website: www.participationworkerswales.org.uk.
