Workforce reform is high on the Scottish political agenda and a Children in Scotland conference, Working it Out, will examine the reform agenda for all those working with children and young people across Scotland. It will explore the developments taking place with the help of policymakers, researchers and practitioners from Scotland, England and Europe.
Following on from the Scottish Parliament's Futures Forum debate and associated publication, Working for the Future: Re-imagining the Children's Sector Workforce, the one-day event will consider the implications of the "whole child" and partnership approaches.
- Working it Out will be held in Edinburgh, on 30 April. Visit www.childreninscotland.org.uk/wio or call 0131 222 2438.
