A conference to be held next month will address how to reduce the proportion of young people in Scotland who are not in education, training or employment.
Reconnecting - More Choices, More Chances for Young People: a Practical Approach, to be held in Edinburgh on 19 February, will examine what policies geared around supporting young people are currently working well and what lessons could be learned.
The conference follows the publication of the Scottish Government's strategy paper, More Choices, More Chances, which stated that wide-ranging action was needed across education and wider children's services.
