An international conference in Edinburgh has provided an arena for the children's sector to consider how best to meet the challenges facing services today.
Working it Out: Helping to Shape the Future of the Children's Sector Workforce was the flagship event in Children in Scotland's year-long workforce programme.
Chief executive Bronwen Cohen said: "There is an appetite for change in order to create a workforce that is more flexible, with a better understanding of how to work with children in a holistic way."
Children's minister Adam Ingram said: "This programme will help us share good practice as we move forward and promote excellence in the sector."
