The first is the now annual Children in Europe event, which will be held on 16 September in Edinburgh, and will focus on the theme of young children and science.
And on the 5 and 6 November, the Children in Scotland annual conference, Life in the Fast Lane: The Road to Better Outcomes, will be held in East Kilbride in association with South Lanarkshire Council. The conference will look at how Scottish childhood compares with other countries in Europe in terms of health, inclusion and child poverty, and discuss the implications for workforce development.
