Keynote speaker Lisa Payne, NCB's principal policy officer, spoke about the latest policy activities within the sector and discussed where we are now with Every Child Matters and The Children's Plan. The event concluded with an in-depth Q&A session and attendees were then able to network with other members in their area.
We received some fantastic feedback on the day and, as a result, have scheduled the next regional networking event for 27 September in London, with further events planned in Bristol and Birmingham next year.
