Putting Analysis into Assessment looks at both the Framework for Assessment of Children in Need and their Families and the Common Assessment Framework. The toolkit encourages a focus on outcomes for children and explores how professional confidence and knowledge can be improved.
This guide covers every stage of the assessment process includingpreparation and making, articulating and reflecting on decisions.
