This year's Anti-Bullying Week focuses on the role of those who witnessbullying.
Evidence suggests that only 25 per cent of children and young people whosee others being bullied offer to help. The Anti-Bullying Alliancebelieves that by encouraging children and young people to offer and seekhelp, we can reduce the incidence of bullying and the harm itcauses.
The competition is sponsored by the schoolwear suppliers Trutex. Posterdesigns should focus on the role that friends and peers can play instopping bullying. Closing date for entries is 25 June 2006.
