National Youth Agency: Register now for the Shine national festival and celebrate young talent

1 min read
The build-up to Shine Festival Week 2010 begins in January. Shine is a national youth festival that celebrates the talent and achievement in all young people. Next year's Shine will be delivered by the National Youth Agency with a consortium, reaching out further into youth and community networks around the country to celebrate all young people wherever they are.

Shine is a chance for young people across the UK to show what a creative and talented group they are. From 12 to 16 July 2010 Shine returns for its third annual week-long festival when schools and youth groups across the country can celebrate the skills, talents and achievements of young people aged between 13 and 19.

In 2009 over 6,000 schools and organisations, and up to a million people took part in Shine Week.
