National Youth Agency: Highlighting different approaches tomentoring

The latest issue of Youth action and engagement focuses on peer support and mentoring, highlighting the positive outcomes for both the mentor and mentee.

The set of case studies features five projects - the Girls' Friendly Society (GFS) in Great Yarmouth, Youth2Youth in Ealing, London, Respect in Hartlepool, the Haringey based Hornsey Peer Mentors and Youth 4 Youth from rural Somerset.

Editor Angela Mulvehill explained: "The projects featured in Youth action and engagement reflect different approaches to peer support and mentoring, in a variety of settings, including at school,local and national youth sector projects and over the internet and phone."
