My workplace

I have grown up in Surrey and am currently studying for my A-levels in the hope of studying history at Southampton University next year.

I also work part-time in a shop. If I were in charge of my workplace, I would make several key changes.

First of all, I would give myself a raise; my services would not come cheap because, at my age, it's a lot about the money. I would probably shorten my hours as well, but still work enough to maintain a powerful boss image.

However, I would like to be friendly with my staff and make sure everyone is happy. I would give our staffroom a makeover, some new sofas and a kitchen, a proper table, a TV and maybe even a pool table.
