My Life: Marija Skramic, 14, Haringey

1 min read
I love going to school, as there are so many activities. There's netball, water polo, synchronised swimming, rock climbing and more. I'm always busy.

In my spare time I play cricket outside with my neighbours, play thepiano and go to tap-dancing once a week. I'm also in a drama club, whichI go to at weekends. Sometimes I can imagine myself being an actresswhen I'm older. I'll definitely take drama as a GCSE subject.

The idea of helping people really appeals to me so my two main careerchoices at the moment are either to be a lawyer or a surgeon.

Lawyers spend their lives defending people and surgeons always try tohelp people, though they may not be successful in every operation.

When I finish school, I definitely want to go to university but I thinkI'll take a gap year beforehand.
