I've been going to the Sylvia Young Stage School on Saturdays for about four or five years and it was through that I got the auditions for the shows.

I went to the first audition, got recalled, went again and then a fewdays later I was finally told I had got the part of Max in Chitty ChittyBang Bang. I was really happy and really excited.

I did that show for a few months and then I got offered the part ofYoung Simba in The Lion King which was even better - I loved it. Therewere five Young Simbas working in rotation so I didn't have to miss toomuch school. I always had to make sure I caught up with anything I didmiss so it was pretty hard work.

I loved all the dancing, it was very energetic, it made me feel veryalive. The cast were really nice and it was a great experience.
