My Life: Blaze Lambert, 16, North Antrim

I've always been passionate about helping others and making a difference in my community. I volunteer as a young leader at my local Girlguiding group, the St Patrick's Broughshane Guides, organising activities and adventures for girls aged 10 to 14.

I'm also a peer educator and run sessions for girls in guiding on issues such as body confidence and bullying. The sessions are fun and interactive, and the safe environment gives girls a space to share their experiences and become more knowledgeable.

I've taken on charity challenges that have pushed me out of my comfort zone. Every year on New Year's Day, I jump into the freezing cold waters of the Carnlough harbour in aid of Spina Bifida. I cut off eight inches of my hair for the Little Princess Trust and took part in a 10km walk for Marie Curie Cancer Care – a cause close to my heart.
