The school, which will be the first Montessori facility in the county, will include 40 nursery places and 90 school places for children up to 11.
Nathan Archer, development manager at Lincolnshire Montessori, which already runs a school in North East Lincolnshire, said the decision to open the Caistor-based school was due to parental demand.
The 10-acre site is also set to provide natural play facilities and a Forest School, in which children will learn through outdoor activities.
Sylvia Archer, director of Lincolnshire Montessori, said: "We are very proud to be growing our Montessori family. We hope to work closely with community groups to maximise the use of the space, which offers a wealth of opportunities."
