Precision Care runs two single-sex care homes for 12- to 17-year-olds with challenging behaviour in Maidstone and Catford. It plans to open a home in Bromley in April, and three more by the end of the year.
Trudy Darien, director of children's services at Precision Care, said: "We may consider becoming a charity at a later stage. All the profit from the homes will go into setting up more homes."
