The finding is from a report by Roger Morgan, the Commission for SocialCare Inspection's children's rights director. He said: "The Governmentis looking at whether boarding schools should be a possible placementfor children who need to live away from home. I wanted to find out whatyoung people already there thought. For them, it was a good placement,provided it had been properly chosen for the individual. One youngperson summed up living in a boarding school by saying it was a homelyatmosphere with extra learning."
