To succeed in ending child poverty the Government must now address theincome inequalities that means testing alleviates but doesn't end.
The Bill to reform the Child Support Agency will give hope to manyfamilies who have been let down over many years, losing some of thepoorest families' badly needed income. But the test for the Bill will beif it can quickly start getting money to children and help lift more ofthem out of poverty.
