Services need to acknowledge a duty to all victims of domestic violenceif we are to help children escape from abuse, particularly if mum is theabusive party.
This can only be achieved by neutral reporting and by acknowledging thatanyone of any gender can be a victim and deserves help.
One victim is more than enough. Their gender should not be an issue andcertainly their children should never have their main residence with theabusive partner, female or not.
